How do you make sure that you get the best translator?

-They must be native speakers of the language into which they are translating.
-They must be able to write correctly in both languages, source and target. Thorough translator testing is our process.

What languages do you translate?

All European languages, major Asian languages,  and both British and American English.

How much do translations cost?

Translations are priced according to;


You only have to pay VAT if you are in the UK or outside of the European Union or Europe itself. If you are in the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT unless your order is over a certain amount which varies depending upon which country you are in.


How long does it take to get a translation done?

We generally work at a rate of 2,000 to 3,000 words per day, and allocate a day or half day for editing, depending upon size of project.

We also use teams of coordinated translators, who use the same database glossaries and translation memory programs, like WordFast or Trados. This will speed up the larger projects.

How can I get a quote for my tranlsation project?

All our employees and contractors must sign a confidential disclosure agreement before they can do any work for us. Any document handled by our company is subject to this non-disclosure agreement and that they must maintain the confidentiality of all work received through us.

What types of documents do you translate?

We translate all types of documents: business correspondance, legal documents, contracts, technical manuals, diplomas, marriage and birth certificates, literature, advertisements, etc.

Several of our clients are major IT corporations, Internet and cell phone companies. We have delivered excellent technical translations to them.
We also have specialists in literature and academic text translations.

Interpreting Services?

We send out interpreters to business meetings throughout London and Europe, and other locations abroad.

How do I submit documents for translation?

We usualy accept documents via fax and email. Sometimes by regular post.


How do I get my translations certified?

A notarized statement of accuracy is provided with printed-up copies of original and the translation.

How do I pay for a translation?

Standard method is by credit card through our PayPal form(more information here). You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
We accept cheques and Eurocheques and BACS in Pounds Stirling.
